Lawrence R. Dworkin has been practicing criminal law for more than 30 years. Today, at the criminal defense law firm of Lawrence R. Dworkin, Larry successfully represents clients accused of all types of crimes including DUIs, DWIs, thefts, homicides, assaults and other misdemeanor and felony crimes. Larry Dworkin represents clients throughout Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Chester & Bucks Counties and can put his legal expertise to work for you.

Education

Lawrence R. Dworkin earned his undergraduate degree from George Washington University in 1973. He went on to attend law school at Rutgers Camden Law School and graduated in 1977.

Legal Experience

Mr. Dworkin was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1977. He was also admitted to the New Jersey and District of Columbia Bars in 1977.

Mr. Dworkin entered private practice for the first time in 1978 and was involved in a predominantly criminal practice. He has always been passionate about defending the rights of clients accused of crimes and, in May of 1981, started the criminal defense law firm of Lawrence R. Dworkin in order to focus on helping clients involved in the criminal justice system.

For more than 30 years, Larry has been practicing law in the greater Philadelphia area and defending clients accused of all types of crimes. Mr. Dworkin has achieved many successes in the course of his career and continues to be a strong advocate for clients. Acquittal or dismissal is always the goal and Mr. Dworkin has been successful in achieving these positive results for many of the clients he represents.

More About Larry Dworkin

In addition to his legal experience and extensive experience representing clients, Mr. Dworkin has also been involved with his community and has many outside interests. Mr. Dworkin has served as president of the Delaware County ACLU from 1978 to 1983. He has also earned a third degree black belt in martial arts.
